More Than A Gym

In this week’s blog, we share one of our founding members’ success stories at Primal Mvmnt Fitness & Nutrition! Learn why normal gyms in Newton Abbot didn’t work and what makes Primal Mvmnt more than a gym.

Gail has been with us since the birth of Primal Mvmnt Fitness & Nutrition gym based in Newton Abbot when it started out in Bakers Park a year ago and has never looked back since.

Gail will openly admit that the thought of exercise from home was not for her during the outset of the pandemic in 2020! Her plan was to ride it out and wait until gyms re-opened. Fast forward nearly 16 months and through a combination of Small Group Training and Nutrition Coaching Gail has lost weight, reduced inches, and body fat whilst getting leaner and stronger! Not only that her mindset has changed and she is a happier and beloved member of our community.
