  • 4 tablespoons old-fashioned oats

  • 4 teaspoons whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 175°C. This ensures your apple crumble bakes evenly.
  2. Prepare the Apples:
    • Wash and peel the apples. Remove the cores and cut them into bite-sized chunks.
