We’re on a mission to reduce chronic disease and illness in 5000 people, and we’re looking for a dedicated Administration and Sales Assistant to join our team.

The Role: As our Administration and Sales Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This part-time position offers a blend of remote work and on-site shifts at our Newton Abbot location. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success Manager and Company Director, contributing to both administrative tasks and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage general office tasks and maintain organized records.
  • Handle daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including monitoring payments.
  • Update and manage memberships, inventory, and our online presence.
  • Respond promptly to emails and messages, ensuring effective communication.
  • Support new staff induction processes and maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with social media content creation and client engagement initiatives.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Manage leads and prospects, providing a seamless first point of contact.
  • Conduct proactive outreach via phone calls and messaging platforms.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by nurturing leads and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide timely and helpful responses to inquiries and concerns.

Experience/Skill Set Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Docs and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve in high-demand situations.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to help others.
  • Driving license desirable but not essential.
