Introducing: The Healthy Habits Challenge

For 4-weeks, we’ll be focusing on four key habits that will have a massive impact on how you feel, move, and perform:

🚫 No Sweet Treats – Reduce sugar cravings and improve energy
🍷 No Alcohol – Give your body a break and feel the difference
🏃‍♂️ 60 Minutes of Movement Daily – Stay active and boost overall health
📝 3 Bright Spots (Positive Reflections) Daily – Shift your mindset and build momentum

None of these will be easy at first. But that’s exactly why we’re doing it together. You’ll be supported, held accountable, and coached to stay on track.

And because we know that accountability is the biggest factor in success, we’ve built in structure, tracking, and rewards to help you stay committed.


How It Works

Step 1: Join The Challenge
First, the challenge costs £99. REGISTER HERE. The price is there to get you coaching, but mostly to hold you accountable. It’s just barely costly enough for you to take it seriously. But you can do it: bet on yourself.

Step 2: Track Your Habits
You’re going to record your success every day on a simple pen-and-ink tracking sheet. You’ll post this on your refrigerator or somewhere else in your home.

Step 3: Earn Your Reward
Hit 90% compliance (or 108 checkboxes), and you’ll earn your exclusive Healthy Habits Challenge T-Shirt—you can’t buy these, you have to earn them!

Step 4: Reflect & Plan Your Next Steps
At the end of the challenge, you’ll review your progress with a coach and map out your next steps to continue building on your success.
