I’ll be honest—first days can feel like the first day at a new school, minus the backpack and questionable haircut. You walk in wondering: Will I keep up? Will everyone stare? Do I need to already know what a thruster is? (Short answer: absolutely not.)

Here’s exactly what happens minute‑by‑minute when you walk into Primal Mvmnt Fitness & Nutrition. Spoiler: it’s a lot less “military bootcamp,” a lot more “supportive friend who also knows how to coach you to your goals.”

Minute 0–3: The Hello
You’re greeted by me, Adam, or one of our coaches. We learn your name (and actually use it). You’ll notice no turnstiles, no judgment, just people who were nervous once too—and now high‑five like it’s a competitive sport.

Minute 3–6: The ‘Why’ Chat
We sit for a quick chat. What do you want—more energy? Fewer aches? Stronger for sport or life? We translate your goals into plain English and an action plan that is unique to you. You do most of the talking; I do most of the listening. (My superpower.)

Minute 6–10: Level Method Snapshot
Instead of guessing, we use our Level Method system—think a color‑coded roadmap for strength & conditioning. It shows us your starting point across key areas so we scale the workout to you, not the other way around. Translation: no random workouts, no sink‑or‑swim. Just FASTER & SAFER results.

Minute 10–13: History & Nutrition Check‑In (Zero Judgment)
We look at your training & injury history (old knee/shoulder/back stuff), daily routine (work, stress, sleep), and what eating looks like on a normal day—no calorie spreadsheets required. If you have preferences, allergies, or cultural foods you love, we work with them.
Outcome: we set one easy habit (e.g., add protein at breakfast or a 10‑minute walk after lunch). We do not confiscate your coffee.

Minute 13–15: Your Next Step
We lay out the first twelve weeks: whether you prefer Personal Training (1:1), Semi‑Private (3:1), or Small Group PT (10:1). You pick the vibe; we keep the coaching tight. You leave knowing exactly what to do—not wondering what just happened.

What you won’t get: a sales ambush, burpees as punishment, or being thrown into a workout you’re not ready for. What you will get: a plan, a coach, and a friendly community that loves a good dad‑joke and a clean deadlift.
