Step 1: Let’s Chat – Free Intro
Your journey starts with a relaxed, no-pressure chat where we get to know you and your goals. This is a 30-45 minute one-on-one consultation where we’ll dive into your history, current health, and what you want to achieve and why. By the end of our conversation, you’ll have a clear plan customised to you and your goals.
Step 2: Your Journey – Our Core Services
At Primal Mvmnt, we offer three main services to support you: Personal Training, Small Group PT, and Nutrition Coaching. Your coach will recommend one or a hybrid approach that’s designed for your success. We’ll create a roadmap tailored to your goals, whether that’s strength, mobility, weight loss, or just feeling healthier overall.
Step 3: Personal Training Kickstart
All clients begin with three 60-minute Personal Training sessions, even if they opted for Small Group PT as their chosen service. During these, we:
- Assess: Learn about your fitness level and address any limitations.
- Address: Teach functional movements at a level that suits you, building confidence and skill.
- Progress: Help you build habits and routines for consistent attendance, with holistic support from your dedicated coach along the way.
Step 4: Graduate to Small Group PT
After your PT sessions, you’re ready to join Small Group PT. Each session is tailored to your ability, and our structured classes, led by expert coaches, cover a range of fitness aspects like strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, and balance. You’ll feel challenged, but safe, knowing every movement is adapted for you.
6-Week Check-In: Your First Goal Review
Six weeks in, you’ll sit down with your coach for a check-in. Here, we’ll discuss your attendance, health metrics, and, most importantly, how you’re feeling about your progress. This is a chance to celebrate your wins, tackle any challenges, and refine your plan to ensure you’re on track. Regular goal reviews help keep your progress focused and your goals front and center.

Milestones & Motivation
We love celebrating your successes! Here’s just a few examples:
- Bright Spots Fridays: Share your weekly wins with our community, whether it’s a workout, a healthy habit, or a personal victory.
- Attendance Wall of Fame: Reach your first milestone of 15 sessions and earn a spot on our Wall of Fame. From there, we celebrate each milestone (50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 sessions) with unique rewards and recognition. 🎉
12-Week Goal Review: Celebrating and Realigning
At the 12-week mark, you will check in again with your coach to discuss progress, challenges, and any adjustments to your plan. This cycle repeats every 12 weeks, ensuring that you’re consistently supported, motivated, and working toward your evolving goals.
Goal reviews aren’t just about checking off boxes; they’re about accountability. Having someone who understands your “why,” who can help you refocus, and who celebrates your achievements with you makes all the difference.
