A few weeks ago, one of our members, let’s call him Fred, came to us feeling stuck. He was training regularly but wasn’t seeing the results he expected. He was frustrated, tired, and questioning whether he was doing enough. Sound familiar?

We sat down with Fred and asked him a simple question: Are you making the most of your membership?

Rehab & Injury Support – Mark had a niggling shoulder issue that he’d been ignoring. With some tailored mobility work and coaching, he was back to moving pain-free in no time. Did you know we also have a direct link with a Physiotherapist who fully understands how are training programme works and provide guidance on how to approach your training if you’re facing an injury.
Sleep & Recovery – He was training hard but sleeping badly. A few simple changes to his nighttime routine had him feeling more rested and ready to train.
Mindset & Stress Management – Training is just one part of the puzzle. We worked with Mark on his mindset, helping him shift from frustration to long-term focus and consistent habit formation.
Event & Sporting Preparation – Mark had a big cycling event coming up but wasn’t sure how to structure his training. We helped him build a plan that fit around his gym work.
Attendance & Accountability – We worked together to set a clear plan, making sure he had structure, consistency, and the right level of support to stay on track.
Energy Management – Rather than feeling burnt out, Mark learned how to balance his training, work, and personal life to stay at his best.
