Change happens when you focus on your habits—the small, consistent actions you take without even thinking. The things you do daily that shape your behaviors.

Instead of overhauling your entire life at once, start small. Focus on building one habit at a time. Nail that, then layer on another. This is what we call habit stacking.

Here’s how you can start changing behaviors by building habits:

✔️ Celebrate small wins: Every step forward is progress. Acknowledge and reward yourself for sticking with it.
