It’s been an incredible journey, and we’ve witnessed your dedication and hard work as you’ve pushed your boundaries and achieved new milestones. So a massive well done!
As of Monday 23rd October the Level Method programming will now enter a new phase of strength and conditioning. The Level Method assessments that you have completed will help guide your workouts moving forwards to ensure they are safe and relative to your physiological and psychological tolerances to ensure maximum adaptation towards your health and fitness goals!
In shorter words – faster and safer results 🙂
What happens if I don’t have my overall Level Method score/I haven’t completed all the assessments?

How can I get my overall Level Method score?
There is only one way to get your overall Level Method score and that is to complete all 15 assessments. Once you have all 15 assessments complete our workout tracking app (Chalk It Pro) will calculate your overall level for you!
As we move forward each month our strength and conditioning programme will include some of the assessments (This changes month to month).
For example in the next few weeks we will revisit the following Level Method assessments:
- Weight Lifting
- Aerobic Power Intervals
- Rowing – Everyones favourite 🙂
This is great opportunity to hit those missing assessments.
