So what is a Free Intro?
Before you start moving and sweating we need to get to know you. We don’t just throw you into a workout without knowing anything about you. We are different from your typical ‘gym’ – We are not here to just showcase our equipment and facilities after signing some paperwork, and then being left to crack on with it and figure it out for yourself.
We are in the business of coaching people and helping them. How can we help you if we know nothing about you?! We want to spend 20-30 mins one-on-one with you to learn how we can best help you and so you can see if we are a good fit for you.
Getting To Know You
We want to know what drives you. We want to know what success looks like to you. We need to learn if there are any obstacles in your way and help you overcome them. It makes everyone’s life easier if we know more about you.
Understanding Your Goals
We want to learn your “Why”. What drives you? What motivates you? We want to find out what your health and fitness goals are so we can help you find the best ways to reach them.
Making A Plan
After all that we can help you create a customised plan to start you on your health and fitness journey.
