🟨 Important but Not Urgent: (Should Do) Plan it. These are your long-term priorities (like workouts, meal prep, or self-care).
🟥 Urgent but Not Important: (Could Do) Delegate it. Let someone else handle these tasks—they don’t need to be on your plate.
🟦 Neither Important nor Urgent: (Don’t Do) Eliminate it. These are distractions.
