| Wanted to talk about semi-private coaching with you! I know that we launched this back in January and it has been a few months into the programme and we are some massive wins over the last few months from members taking advance of this option!Leo is a perfect example of this he has complete some major goals! He has had massive increases in strength for his legs. PR’s in his Back Squats & Front Squats – He has levelled up 3 times! Along with it is has also got his first Bar Muscle Up and Strict Ring Muscle Up too!Kelly has also completed just 1 month of semi-private and increased her hip thrust and develop both her Push-Ups and Rings. Feel loads stronger and more confident in her workouts with those moments.Josh has also been working we me to complete his goals. We have seen him lower his Rest Heart Rate and increased his HRV too. All important signs of increasing his health!Lorraine is being using our sessions to complete here Rehab with her knee and is hoping to be able to get back to group really soon!Adam is also working on his overall strength. He is trying to develop that overall strength to unlock over skills and levels including weightlifting, bodyweight movements like Handstand Push-Ups. |
