Starting Saturday 2nd November, we’re launching a brand-new type of group training session designed to help you level up more often! Join us from 08:05 – 08:50 every Saturday for our dedicated Level Method Assessment session.
Each week, we’ll have a general focus on specific assessments, but there will also be flexibility based on attendee goals—so if there’s a particular area you want to work on, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it!
To accommodate this new session, we’ve made some changes to the Saturday Small Group PT schedule. Check out the new timetable below
Note: Access to the weekly Level Method Assessment session will work the same as any other Small Group PT session and will simply deduct 1 credit from your membership.
