You’ll already know Hayley as one of our passionate, hard working coaches, always bringing the energy and care to her sessions. But her role is about to level up in a big way and we couldn’t be more excited about what this means for you, our community.
💬 So… what does a Customer Success Coach actually do?
Great question! Hayley’s role is all about making sure you feel supported, heard, and on track with your goals both in and out of the gym. She’ll be the glue that connects your progress with our team’s support, and she’ll be championing your journey every step of the way.
Here’s what you can expect from Hayley in her new role:
✅ Better Support Along Your Journey
- 21-Day Check-ins for new members to make sure you’re settling in, confident and clear on next steps
- Helping you get booked in for your Goal Review sessions, so you’re always working toward something that matters to you
- Regularly checking in if you’ve been quiet or things feel off-track, because we care, and we’ve got your back
🎯 A Strong Focus on Progress
- Hayley will be keeping an eye on how often Goal Reviews are happening across the board, making sure no one slips through the cracks. We believe that Goal Reviews are a key part of your success here at Primal Mvmnt allowing you to take stock of what you have achieved whilst planning ahead for what is important to you with an experienced yet helpful coach.
- She’ll be there to help you stay connected to your ‘why’, and make any tweaks needed to your training or approach to keep momentum going
💥 Building an Even Stronger Community
- You’ll see more of Hayley during busy gym hours – not just coaching, but chatting, encouraging, and checking in
- She’ll be celebrating your wins (big or small!), leading new events or challenges, and making sure you feel part of something bigger
- Behind the scenes, she’ll be supporting our coaching team with feedback, evaluations, and making sure we’re all delivering the best possible experience
